Yes, I just always suggest a break from any type of skincare regimen for a few weeks to allow your body a chance to do it's own thing.

Obviously there are many things that are great and beneficial that have come out of the industry, especially when it comes to have specific types of medical skin issues and such like psoriasis.

ull still catch me only washing with water and hydrating with coconut oil tho and my skin blessed af. this wont work for everyone, especially if they rock makeup cuz u gotta remove that with somethin, but its what I suggest as a first step.

along with a diet that puts fewer hormones and less stress on ya bod
