The only precedent i know of where such a thing happened was in fiction, In the film "inherent vice" (i havent read the book) the goverment successfully re-educates a land developer who was moving into leftist behavior. Can such a thing happen in the opposite direction? has anyone ever been successfully rescued from fascism?

kanye wants black people to be at the same level as jewish people, and he has a lot of grievances from the years of abuse he's dealt with. he's literally said at one point, "imagine if black people could pull out the rug underneath when someone is being racist"

he wants power. the way he sees succeeding in his mission is to be contrarian in his actions, and that's taken him too far at times but i think it's ultimately comes down to frustration.
