Bought to cop one of these...are they really that good?

I’ve have a Phillips SonicCare brush for a year almost and it’s pretty nice. It divides each quadrant of your mouth into 30 seconds and like had a brief pause to notify you to switch. They always make my teeth feel clean as f*** and they’re hella convenient. The brush heads are expensive but ultimately I feel like the level of cleaning I get from it is worth

Buy some kind of teeth whitener, they have pens, gels, or even strips. Those work, but may break down your enamel and may make your teeth sensitive (which is kind of impossible to dodge when whitening teeth). The gels would help with stains, but the best for whitening your teeth in general is a LED whitening kit.

I've heard mixed opinions about the strips

Brush after every meal. Also get that teeth whitening kit from SmileDirect: shop.smiledirectclub.com/products/teeth-whitening-kit-led-light-and-12-month-pen-supply

Rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide is a natural way to whiten your teeth. Just dilute the peroxide with water and you’re good to go

I've had a $100 sonic care also for 3 years now and I never liked how "slow" the vibration was. I'm thinking of switching to a diff brand. The motor in my brush just feels weak

Tbf I have only had the one electric brush and nothing else. Idk if other brands are better or not

From my knowledge/experience they work, but just aren’t as effective. It’s more of a process to whiten tour teeth with strips.

I think regular toothbrushes are probably better for the properly way to clean ur teeth, which is a up and down motion. But u can do the same with an electric toothbrush it's just a lil different
