All comes down to your definition of what organic is.
They obviously are as big as they are in part due to their labels, but Labels can't push a button and make anyone hot, otherwise, their rosters wouldn't be littered with 100's of flops every damn year.
A label push only works when an artist is already an inferno locally and regionally.
The question most should be asking, is how to become that "hot inferno" locally and regionally in 2020
dababy I think is organic. But that Thug clone sure is getting a ton of label help to inflate his popularity.

i don't listen to roddy. But the songs I've heard aren't direct copies but the way he raps and changes flows and inflections is very Thug sounding.
I did hear a Roddy snippet that sounds almost exactly like a Thug song though, from the rapping to the beat:

How to Promote Artists in 2020
"Organic " Fanpages
Paid Coverage on Meme Pages
Paid Coverage on Mediatakeout and Bossip
Use Industry Connections for a Media Rollout (Breakfastclub, Wildn Out, Hollywood Unlocked)
Use Industry Connections to put Tracks on Big Playlists
Use reasonable amounts of fake views/likes on music videos to help them get into the algorithm
Pay a Bigger artist to Co-sign Them,
Put Huge Budget into Music Video or even Hire a Cole Bennett
Pay "Tastemakers" like Pidgeons & Planes, No jumper, Rapgenius to cover your "organic artist".
Now that I typed all this out, s*** is depressing
Other than fan pages, meme pages, and fake streams, all this s*** been going on since the dawn of time b
Thats the reason labels exist
