An album can’t just be good cause of the production, you find album that has good all round, raise your standards and treat yourself to great music.What makes the lyrics lame?
IGOR follows a pretty simple concept of heartbreak and he gets his point across clearly.
Not sure what's corny about the aesthetic, felt like that was the best part about this whole IGOR era and fits in with the album.
An album can absolutely be good just for the production value.
Yeezus sucks lyrically but I love the production which is why I return to it.

An album can’t just be good cause of the production, you find album that has good all round, raise your standards and treat yourself to great music.IGOR exists in a spectrum of music that focuses on production, it's good for what it is. If you're not into production-driven music, doesn't mean it's trash. Lyrics are alright imo.

A lot of the lyrics are cringe as f*** sounds like it was written by a 12 year old who doesn’t know what love is and the vocals are out of key almost the entire album. Production other than puppet is dope, not a terrible album but very overrated like it’s some masterpiece
