not going to therapy and not being medicated >>>>>>
U say that like ur hard or something when in reality ur scared to turn on a stove.
i think its time to evaluate if i need therapy again fellas... i have awful self esteem and im so mean to myself i got some serious f***ing issues!!
I will order this right now, tell me about your experience with it!
ngl I didn't find it exceptionally helpful for me personally because I never really struggled with being hard on myself. I mean I do struggle a bit but I have other issues that are much bigger lol. But it is a quality book with a lot of good info. If you youtube Kristen Neff she's done some talks as well you can listen to first before you decide to get the book if u want.
I honestly should. The millennial wanting to die meme is starting to no longer be a meme to me.
i've seen psychiatrists since I was 14. current one is worth his weight in gold.
miss seeing him in person, we're limited to phone conversations now but they still last like 2 hours because we enjoy talking to each other about everything and anything.

What happened to the strong, silent type?
Let me tell ya something. Nowadays, everybody’s gotta go to shrinks, and counselors, and go on “Sally Jessy Raphael” and talk about their problems. What happened to Gary Cooper? The strong, silent type. That was an American. He wasn’t in touch with his feelings. He just did what he had to do. See, what they didn’t know was once they got Gary Cooper in touch with his feelings that they wouldn’t be able to shut him up! And then it’s dysfunction this, and dysfunction that, and dysfunction vaffancul!
tried once and they asked me questions but I didn't talk to them because I was nervous
was mostly just silence and I feel like it aggravated them
Also feel like if i ever admit i had mental problems i would probaly loose control
i feel like ur a timebomb thinkin like this like hol up
Go to 1:23, thats u

At what point did u need therapy?
Does it help?
going thru it... I don't like throwing my problems onto friends bc people do it to me and i know what it feels like
I used to have it, it didn't work for me but maybe that was partly because i was younger and that it was obligated therapy as a kind off ''punishment'' by a judge
I can see why it would work for some people, but the form of therapy that i did didn't work for me. My therapist was the kind of therapist from GTA V too, already opening up the door when time was up, even if i wanted to tell some more
A lot of people come out of it worse off. And the people that claim to love it still seem troubled and neurotic
