I see like waves of shimmering rainbow colored light emanating from objects and just kinda floating in the air. It's very thin/ephemeral but still quite hard to ignore

No idea what Bipolar 1 is like, but have dealt with medication induced mania before. It's scary. If you're on antipsychotics/mood stabilizers, then you probably wouldn't be hallucinating.

Yea I notice it most if I look at a carpet with a repeating design, something about those patterns makes the light sort of do interesting patterns too
