Just was thinking how Kendrick vs Drake led to Kendrick dropping some great music this year. And with discussions about how the NBA is softer these days and needs more rivalry/competition, I was thinking if we need more events to push ourselves in our fields/skills

What im saying is, ever since streaming theres been new rappers added to the scene every day. And most of them don’t innovate and drop mid projects. So we don’t need more acts but we need acts with a better rate of quality output

Fr, friendly competition can push some people to overachieve but getting the best out of yourself should be an intrinsic factor. Also comparison to other people in most cases isn’t of benefit to your mental and at the end of the day pretty meaningless too

Nearly every institution in america is crumbling or pivoting because people are seeing how manufactured or manipulated s*** is. When you are chasing efficiency and have algorithms to produce your products humans take a back burner. NBA losing interest because the league is about a***ytics and that’s how players get paid.

Cooperation is needed more than ever now on a social level because individualism has just made us hoard material possessions. Imagine if we brought back bartering with neighbors? Sharing resources would be amazing through times like this. Keeping up with the jones’s was a saying for a reason and it’s very toxic to indulge in when it’s just about material possessions

I think people these days feels too entitled to being seen as great
As soon as minor competition pops up they give up or get lost in they emotions

People need to learn how to fight, create thick skin/resistance, to be able to take it to the chin
