The Kundalini stuff I have yet to understand fully but I believe it is at the core of emotion and cognition. It's been years since I researched this stuff so pardon my ignorance. As for cern, I don't think there is a conspiracy behind it just because we don't understand many of the sub atomic particles besides photons protons and elections, they're trying to see if they can validate the predictions from the standard model that states which particles theoretically exist and what their properties are.
