kinda but not really complicated like that. i steam broccoli or bake a potato in the microwave rq, i cook eggs sunny side up on low heat on my stove it takes like 15 minutes and i just do work while i wait for it, rice and chicken i gotta actually cook and the seasoning gets low key kinda sloppy but it is what it is. bone broth i legit just drink and sardines i eat out the packaging straight. i used to be legit addicted to bread and i relapse sometimes but overtime you make it a habit and stick to it 5 or 6 days out the week
