Wasn’t he supposed to go on a long break before the beef? How tf he let Kendrick bait him so badly
Oh yeah forgot about that
Kendrick turned him into a legacy act.
dam that’s crazy
I do think good music overcomes all though, so if he comes with some real magnum opus s*** he can turn it around. Basically if the next project is mid, it’s over. He’s got one shot left
who wants to listen to a gambling addict anyways?
Your mans is a d*** dealer
Obviously not but depending on how long the UMG issue drags out and the perception of these legal actions...
I could see Drake falling into Pitbull/Flo Rida tier
Over? No, he will still make millions and draw millions of streams with each project he releases.
The same dominant juggernaut he was before? No, we’ve already the numbers start to taper off with his recent studio albums and all the songs he’s dropped this year have been commercially underwhelming.
I think he’ll exist in that Em / Jay tier for the rest of his career.
No longer the #1 guy, but still able to do respectable numbers like 200K-300K with a new album, and also have the ability to fill up a venue whenever and wherever. Basically a legacy act at this point

You’re joking
Flo Rida tier
Your mans is a d*** dealer
i am not friends with any d*** dealers. thank you.
Lie to me and say you’re not listening to the next project
I couldn’t make it through one listen of his last 3 albums. Believe it or not, people exist who are completely tapped out of that dudes terrible phoned in albums
This is like when trump got arrested and then he came back bigger than ever

200k-300k is a lot for a “legacy act”
I see that goalpost moving

if this is the case , ill actually kill myself. i don’t need another 4 years of trump and drake being the most famous men in north america.

Prob not but trying to sue umg is nasty work and will def have its consequences.
Hes walmart. Too big to fail in any substantial way but he may take a hit

No, it’s not. Eminem does that with ease. Jay as well.
Both are obviously legacy acts
I don't think he is ever going to be as successful as Views/Scorpion no matter what.
But his career isn't over in the slightest. Stained? Yeah sure a bit but not over.
He'll still sell records and have a hit here or there but I don't think he's going to be the cream of the crop ever again. And that's fine, it's something that eventually happens to all artists. Nobody is number one forever.

So is Kendrick a legacy act? He just did 300k
