Nah, not how it works. Nobody would call an athlete who played subpar for 2/3 of their career the GOAT in their field. Other rappers who have had similar declines are not considered GOATs either, such as LL Cool J and Ice Cube, despite at one point being in the GOAT convo. Em isn't exempt.
Ok but his classics will always be there. Revival was ass juice but he slowly rebounded with Kamikaze and MTBMB. Not to mention MMLP2 wasn't that bad either
