IF OFFERED OR GIVEN TO YOU, not talking about eating s*** out of someones fridge like a maniac, lol
So this is a thing I've become to notice the past year (2024,25) onward after I've only heard a select handful of people say this, but I'm beginning to come across folk from all walks of life, who refrain from eating someone else's cooking, regardless of background.
Like I have seen people ust throw whole plates away, whether Thanksgiving or just out of goodness of heart; even straight up refuse to eat it right in front of said person
Is this truly a thing some people struggle with? Or am I just around cringe?
and in case i didnt make it clear in the OP, yes I do eat other peoples food
S*** feels racist sometimes
you can’t trust some people’s houses and their hygienic practices. but that’s gotta be a real dirty guy to have those assumptions.
If I can eat mutant meat from Taco Bell then I can handle this plate I ordered from Facebook.

Not really
Family only
Outside of that, restaurants and caterers only
I grew up African though, so I think it’s more a cultural thing for me to not really trust outside food

What about yourself
If we did a ktt potluck are you taking our food?
People don't know basic manners anymore, imagine being a guest and not eating the food your hosts worked hard to serve you

Yes absolutely
If someone offers me food I will decline most of the time because I am particular about my macros. But if they insist ofc I'm eating it.
