Every few months I notice I do this naturally to get the emotional release

I try engage in music or a piece of film/a show and test my empathy to cry

I can’t seem to care enough about myself to cry about my own problems but it seems like I can do it for others and the crying actually feels good

I listened to an Irish rebel song today about the Easter Rising for example and this is one the things that always gets me
