I usually say the food was completely missing or that the order was wrong. I only do this for national chains and ‘Israeli’ restaurants

I DoorDash probably 8-10+ a week so refunding 1-2x every couple days hasn’t flagged my account yet

Average McDonald’s location makes 5m plus a year in revenue

Nobody cares about 500 dollars worth of orders being charged back to one franchise

Franchise managers and owners don’t even see which orders had the issues, it’s l just a total amount of charge backs every month uber or DoorDash show in some dashboard. No workers ever hear anything about it either
