nah, they're basically flower buds... pretty tangy and salty, they're perfect for jazzing up mediterranean dishes, especially pasta and seafood dishes

can't eat pasta
not a fan of seafood

but I guess I'll try them if I have the opportunity

they're a tangy/salty booster for almost anything savory really, they work quite well in salads too

I've only used them in certain pasta dishes but I love them
