Just really allow singing to take a seat And allow his rapping to prevail like Purity with Flacko that is a wonderful collaboration & wonderful chemistry of a feature. I really think that is the Frank I personally like the most. Super rich kids Frank.

I thought when we got in my room & DHL I got excited he might experiment with a Hip Hop Project but truth is so many want singing and with Coachella being pushed that album with DHL might be a thing of the past and just a dream that I thought we were around the corner from. I do have to say I want a hip hop Frank Ocean album to be a thing of reality.

In regards to Frank’s rapping, I think it’s super overrated. He reminds me of Rocky, where he isn’t necessarily a good wordsmith but he knows how to ride a beat and sound good.

I can’t speak for everyone, but a more “hip hop” oriented Frank would really make me excited. I know people appreciate how much his sound has evolved but I’ve preferred his older sounds honestly. Can’t say that too loud around here though because people think it’s Blonde or bust
