Only when there is no other noise around. I can’t sleep in absolute silence, I need to hear the crickets, traffic, the wind or something.

yes. a fan or a/c works but I also use an app on my phone for when there's no fan going constant

This is absolutely a Danny-tier thread. But I just drown in the noise of my tinnitus. Tried an app ok phone once that simulated rain or some s*** but the volume wasn't consistent I don't need highs and lows I need a constant consistent sound so my heart don't jump I did sleep with a fan on in the summer of 2016 I remember because I was bingeing Lost (that s*** was crazy) and I had a cold that lasted a whole f***ing month

I don't need it lol i can pass out anywhere anytime but i do enjoy listening to TV, Youtube, Music, rain/wind ect. While falling asleep.. background noise is peaceful to me
