Feel like I'm crazy bruh almost all my coworkers be getting takeout for lunch and its like cmon, we all work at a goddam shelter i know all yall making the same wage as me, how the f*** you justifying that expense on the daily? Blows my goddam mind

At my old job where I was on site, I’d make it a point to bring my own homemade food at least 2-3 times a week

Saved me a lot of money doing that. Ngl tho I’d slack off at times and buy food more some weeks but yea I’d def try to bring my own s*** often

I work in a luxury retail location and there’s a lot of food options. It’s a bad habit but I keep getting lunch. Although some places give discounts for people that work in the area

when my coworkers ask me to lunch i tell them i cant because i have to swing by my place but really i just eat one sandwich alone in my car which ive parked in a different lot so they dont see me
