first you have to realise that self awareness is key, you can do anything you want as long as you want it enough and are aware of what it takes to achieve it
knowing this is a catalyst for motivation, atleast for me
since the gym close down no
in the work side of thing i need to find a meaningful job first before i can push myself just quit the last one cause it was pointless and im not getting any better
No. I get super depressed sometimes but I always learn from it and I'm constantly growing.
Y’all mfs don’t listen to Kevin Gates and it shows!!
I Don’t Get Tired is so f***ing motivating
I can’t even wake up before the 5th alarm bro
I got up on the first alarm one time and my literal soul was in pain. Its not like I jumped out of bed. But I sat up and my spirit was crying bro
I used to op but honestly I try to be realistic and give myself space to be efficient. I remember running on the treadmill and my goal was to run half a mile without stopping. My heart rate was 195 but I said f*** that im not no b****. Not gonna lie I almost met the lord that moment.
Pushing yourself can be very useful but I wouldn't say to do it no matter what. I recommend that someone knows themselves and gauge how much they think they can handle realistic to themselves
Yes. Using a siege mentality is powerful motivator but I find honesty to be the strongest and stable motivator.
It's tough to have that conversation with yourself that you might suck at something in life but it's a empowering feeling that you're comfortable with yourself to own those words and do something about it.
