my theory is that the best parking spot is the one closest to the cart return instead of closest to the store

Bc it minimizes your walking since even though you walk a shorter distance if you’re closer to the store, you have to walk a longer distance to return your cart.

I do this but this doesn’t apply to the folks that don’t give a s*** and just leave their cart anywhere

    I don’t use a cart I carry my s***

I use a cart in the store if I’m shopping shopping but when I get them bags I usually carry it depending on how heavy it all is

Yeah but it's more of an ocd thing rather than trying to be a good person though

Back in the cart corral, or I'll hand it off to someone I see who needs a cart.

I don't want to make life any more difficult than it already is for employees.

If u took something from somewhere

    U should return it back

  • May 16, 2020

I see ppl putting carts near parking spots when the cart corral is like a couple feet away. I just dont understand that s***.

  • May 16, 2020

I tend to ditch when I have passengers

  • It depends where I'm parked. If I'm parked far away from the cart corral, then no I probably won't return it. If I'm close then sure. I always make sure it's out of danger from hitting another car though, and I'll never just put it in the middle of an empty parking spot, that's just awful behavior.

  • May 16, 2020

If you're not a pos you either put it in the cart corral or if you're close enough the store.

  • May 16, 2020

Yea, don’t want that s*** hitting anyone’s cars or mine

  • May 16, 2020

Always do. When I’m outside I make sure to put the buggy in the coral thing so it doesn’t bump into a car. I’m not that lazy. Like some people.

The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing.

To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart. Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it. No one will punish you for not returning the shopping cart, no one will fine you or kill you for not returning the shopping cart, you gain nothing by returning the shopping cart. You must return the shopping cart out of the goodness of your own heart. You must return the shopping cart because it is the right thing to do. Because it is correct.

A person who is unable to do this is no better than an animal, an absolute savage who can only be made to do what is right by threatening them with a law and the force that stands behind it.

The Shopping Cart is what determines whether a person is a good or bad member of society.

you stole this from 4chan you thief
but post is accurate, and i never didnt put the cart back in my life
here in germany we have to put a euro coin in the cart to unlock it, good incentive for people to put it back
