there is a bit of credence to it, you can just see that his lifestyle has aged him. for someone turning 40 this year he looks a fair amount older. but I'm sure a lot of it is that he has tons of tats on his face and his dreads pulling his hairline back. he's also boasted for years about nights locked in the studio with no sleep, probably insane amounts of stress, Birdman situation etc. he would probably look fine if he had fewer face tats and wasn't so skinny tbh. needs more meat on his bones.
