Lol He's just being honest about his urges even though he recognizes it's wrong.
When you're like 18 to your early 20's some girls initially seem older than they are. I used to have a girl I met who was 3 years younger than me, she was 16.

She was really cool and artsy, pretty, Made me a cool ass bookbag but I even told her like "I'mma support you but I'm going to keep you at a distance until you're 18, I can definitely see a really great person maturing out of you" And we never said or did anything explicit, We just kinda acknowledged the weirdness that our age gap was close enough to have a connection but just far enough to where it wouldn't be right for me to get too close and we never even hung out alone together

Any way, Haven't talked to her in a while, Saw she graduated, Still have the bag she made. Hope she's doing well
