Yeat prod reminds me more of Ken Carson Teen X/Relapsed stuff which is kinda like WLR but not really

Like all the new underground sound is kind of a product of WLR, but nothing sounds really like that album

Honestly, it's kinda hard to describe what kinda production style that Carti, Yeat, and Ken be on

Like it's not "Rage" beats despite ppl wanting to throw everything like that under one umbrella. Like if you listen to the stuff on Trippie's album vs. their beats it's a clear sonic difference

It's also too aggressive in tone to be called Hyperpop either.

    s***'s weird

    no

Some of it yes, some of it no.

To me this sounds wlr inspired for certain

It’s called great music. It’s called albums that you actually hear the songs. Not no mysterious s*** that you never hear it.

Yeat builds on and is inspired on it

    It’s progression

    “Product of WLR” 👍🏼

Yeat is one of the clones post WLR that’s actually really good and interesting. I cannot wait for the new tape

yeah people when people started putting both WLR and Trippie's album in the same "rage" beats category i was like why tf are we even doing this, these really aren't similar

idk I hate the dumbass name but most the beats that are from the WLR producers. Alotta others have started to mimick those beats. I hate the term people are trying to give it tho
