Haircuts about 100-150 over here. I tip 20 bucks if I'm happy with the cut
Went to a new barber last cut because my barber kept f***ing my edges up. Like they're clearly skew and I'd have to ask him everytime to make one of them end higher or lower
New barber charged 30 bucks more but he gave me an amazing fade
Had to tip him even with the higher price
Just say 20% bro
Too many words
Buddy charging me $50. I usually tip $10 as a principle but donβt think I can much longer
Find some Dominicans.
If you ask me tipping regularly for a ~$40 service that used to be half that price just 5 years ago is screwing up the game for everyone else. I don't like the prospect of obligatory tips for a must-have service to a person I see regularly that doesn't feel like generosity its more like an expected part of the transaction or in other words an entitlement, that sets the standard for everyone to need to. And when you add that not tipping creates a risk that they'll give you a lower quality service next time that makes it feel like being hustled.
Thats why I started cutting my own hair... like I save SO much money its not even funny lol. inb4 the regular replies
yea
