Unfortunately he's set in his ways and is impossible to deal with

He genuinely believes in his delusional mind that he's the best dressed and knows everything about fashion

He even unironically uses the hashtag "#model" for some of his fit pics

The last two events all of my friends knew to show up well dressed for group pics and he wore the same casual hoodie, outdated jeans (he always wears the same pair), and the latest Yeezys

When I called him out for being lazy he defended his fit by saying "I don't dress to impress you"

Also when he goes on dates (and gets curved) he realizes he can't show up looking like a bum in a hoodie so he ends up wearing a formal black suit/tux and black tie and it looks so cringe that random people think it's for a "high school prom" or wedding

it's about having quality>quantity and knowing how to mix up staple items. have a few set grailed pieces and switch up the fit. you shouldn't be insecure about not wearing clothes more than once.

My friend thinks that if he cops hyped/expensive items he will automatically look good but he doesn't realize that if you don't style the pieces well you end up looking like a mess

Yeah unfortunately a lot of people think that if you just buy expensive pieces you'll automatically look good.

you speak like you're some end-all know-all fashion king, but i just peeped your ig and you are no better, as a matter of fact, youre even worse than this "friend" that you speak of. your fits look like you copy pasted them from a brand's lookbook, but you couldn't even do that correctly. your clothing fit your tiny body horrendously and you have no sense of personal style. your feed is very flavor of the month and we can all tell you get dressed by instagram. you look like you go on aime leon dore's website and copy whatever they post on some monkey see monkey do bullshit.
