Just a question, if so what controller is anyone using?

Currently using the DDJ 400's and tempted to grab the FLX6 and continue saving for the 1000.
Anyone have any recommendations?

Yeah not entirely fussed about the Merge FX going by the videos. Looks fun but probably get boring quick.

If you're dropping a rack on a controller you might as well just buy some used CDJs and a mixer

What can you do with the ddj 400 that makes it good for beginners? I wanted the djm 900 but I saw the price and thought that I should at least get a beginner one first

Ngl I use the cheapest controller you can find at Guitar Center and it works fine

As long as it has some cue buttons, a filter, and a crossfader you'll be fine

I kinda want to get the more expensive mixer, controller, etc just because I know the learning curve will be harder and I think that would make me better overtime when I master it

I badly want the DDJ 1000's.

But they're priced at 1.2k in the UK and they're what everyone says you should buy

Maybe it's just me atm.

I just want to get a decent intermediate CDJ after the 400's and FLX6 looks the one atm and not spending double for the 800's.

I want the DJM-900 nxs2 but if there are better options I’m open to it
