This hits home when you work a manual labor job where you have a piece of the project you are responsible for.
It was so hard for me to work because I mentally wasn’t there today and my co workers are marching straight into hell without a fuss.
In a way it’s equally torturous sitting around knowing you’re falling behind your work and will have to work your ass off to catch up smh
