Despite owning it since 2018 I can probably count on both hands the times I seriously played it handheld as opposed to docked.

Only times have been long distance travel (ie out of state for multiple days).

Since I play Splatoon that s*** is docked 100% of the time because of the ethernet connection.

Honestly just like playing on a big screen in general. Always have. Its why i never owned their portables.

I never play it portable, I hate it as a portable, it's not what I'm into.

Loved my DS when I was younger, but I just don't have any real interest in handheld gaming. All I need is my chair and my TV or monitor and my setup is perfect, call me old fashioned

I’ve had mine for two years and I haven’t put it in the dock once.

got my switch in 2017 and for the first year or two i played mainly docked

for a while i played Smash Bros and Fortnite on Switch so using the TV was key

but now i havent used the dock since 2020 and mainly play SNES games

Handheld mode is goated for kicking back at home but I never brought it out with me, way too big for that plus a bit old to be busting out a switch in public
