There's very little of anything substantial happening unless you have a renal disease, in which case you avoid anything with aluminum anyways. We absorb much more aluminum through consumption of food.

There's just not enough substantive research to decide either way past irritation.

I'll use it when I don't wanna stain the inside of a good shirt or sweater. Like if you don't sweat much or going somewhere that won't cause you to sweat much you can get away with using aluminum free deodorant. Great for saving shirts and staying fresh.
