I noticed i could go months without talking to my mom and she wouldnt really care. Which is understandable cuz me and her havent had the best relationship. But i noticed its also like that with my sister whose 14 who lives with her. And my sister is a good kid. Never been in trouble and straight A’s yet my mom will ignore her mostly, whats going on

I text my parents at least most days and we call at least once a week, usually more. I fly back to visit them 3 or 4 times a year. They def get concerned if I dont text them for like 3 days. But I have a history fo mental problems so I get them being worried tbh. Plus theyre anxious people regardless
