Hard to say cuz when I took addy I drank as well and took way too much. So my hangover was awful. But when I took concerta I got sick the day after lmao

if you take the normal prescribed amount you probably wont get one, but a recreational dose can cause headaches, grogginess, dehydration, etc. your mileage may very though. just make sure you drink water.
