Thanks. It's helped to find a hairstyle I like as well as put some effort into fashion. Recently been working out and on my last acid trip I was looking in the mirror and realized that I'm making progress and like my body for the first time in my life. It's a process but if you put the work in you'll see results.

But most importantly I knew the change had come from within and that was what really made me feel good.
