Might be difficult to sus this out considering some people didn't even credited.

“A little over a year ago I was tasked with helping a homie out writing on a record that happened to be for #DONDA,” he wrote in the caption. “The record finally dropped and some folks names were left off the credits (mine being one of them). So with all the fanfare and hype, and records being broken, I can’t even celebrate a win because technically I’m not a part of it.”

I'd definitely look for "Lou" and "Boogz" associates

    Squilliam

    Irko I think it was

A source close to the situation told HipHopDX the engineer was quickly replaced by award-winning engineer Irko who happily took the job.

    Plankton

It's Andrew Dawson and zero chance he's also a producer. Has credits on Daytona. Legend.

This new guy is not the same Dawson lmao

    RIP PRINCE

Andrew dawson doesnt even have a single credit on donda its fair to assume he hasnt even worked with ye since 2018

Credits haven't been completely updated but he did some production work on Heaven and Hell, he chopped the sample so he'll probably get a co-producer credit eventually

DONDA is a really amateur release
I can't remember with TLOP and credits weren't as immediately accessible on streaming as they are now IIRC, but it's like with ye how when first released a bunch of people weren't in the credits and at least with DONDA specifically it was pretty much a case of "If you aren't in the studio as we finish this album you aren't on the credits until we update it in a few months after you complain" it's a s*** way of doing it and casts doubt over people who actually played a part in putting it together because Kanye didn't invite them to be in the studio at crunch time

The thing is tho I don't think it's specifically an example of music business shadiness because Pusha T isn't credited on the albumor specifically on Off The Grid and I don't think they're jerking him around on purpose it's just a completely unprofessional impulsive release

Who's been added to credits after release? I know Rooga isn't credited on Jesus Lord but I think that's intentional.

Well it was released without permission, probably Def Jam didn't know Pusha wrote on OTG or that Rooga wrote on JL

It was almost definitely some unknown younger guy who hadn’t worked with Ye prior
