The only hit I get on the lyrics comes from an analysis of the scene:

I regret watching Phoenix. Put me off him for a long time. His contemporary work in the 90s and early 00s is incredible. Such a light touch for a political filmmaker. Deep appreciation of genre. Didn't care much for his newest one unfortunately. Still killing it with needle drops however
