What is going on right now is probably the most progressive direction I’ve seen us moving towards in a minute. All about perspective, what has you feeling this way?

what’s progressive at all about what’s been going on lately

people are exposing what we’ve already known all along but repeating the same things without changing action or forcing change of direction in the hands of power

What do you think needs to be done differently aside from what’s being done right now?

we need multiple martyrs to take a stance and be willing to die for true change even if it takes a while

right now we’re being listening to but that’s about as much as we got right now

all these donations and funds and grants being given are nothing compared to what we need substantially, just something to keep niggas quiet until the next tragic global event that happens to a black person

life sux but it could be better if society would just pull it back a tad to be more consciously aware as opposed to just making it look like they are

You can't breed positivity and happiness in a negative environment.

A lot of it comes down to Outrage Fatigue.

And also how rotted our brains have become due to social media.

we surround ourselves with it for the most part

social media plays a big role in that negative environment

“ Compassion fatigue isn’t a clinical diagnosis, nor should it be one. But, it is a syndrome, which is presenting more frequently in these days of 24/7 news and constantly connected social media.”

Thing is... a lot of people like to place too much blame on social media when I think a lot of people aren't happy "at home". If they were, they wouldn't engage or surround themselves in the toxicity of social media.

people can also be unhappy because of social issues created by social media which influence the real outside world, being at home (depending on living circumstances) can’t play the bigger role in that

The perception of my world stays within my eyes and what I hear. Yes, it makes for a limiting world view, but unless I have a force or a chance to make an impact, it's best to remain closed and shut off until I have said influence.

So engaging in politics or the tragedy or mindset of what's happening doesn't affect me because it's out of mind. Focus on your world before commuting to others
