Has this ever been explicitly said or smth? Definitely seems like he has I, but I wonder if anybody ever said it

From my personal experiences, knowledge and understanding of it I would say Bipolar I.

I am diabetic , he is bipolar

Bipolar 1 alternates between strong mania and strong depression, sometimes manifested even as mixed episodes of mania and depression at the same time.
Bipolar 2 alternates between mild mania and strong depression, with much longer depressive phases.
Bipolar 3 alternates between mild mania and mild depression.

Were I to guess, I would say he has bipolar 1 or 3. In any case, depression is not a major feature of his disorder, or is closely intertwined with his mania - he himself said that although he does get suicidal thoughts, he just has to express them out loud and they go away.
Myself I am bipolar 1 and would guess that's what he has too.

Why should he relate to ye because of their disorder? Dont romanticize this s*** its not that much fun as it sounds speaking from personal experiences
