Kanye can't rap - rap, everyone knows that. He is admired because he is a great artist / producer.
Such a dumb take any time someone uses this against Kanye
We wouldn’t be such hardcore fans if Kanye wasn’t lyrically dope
Trab has amazing production and you don’t see anyone saying Trab is one for the best. It’s cus Trab is weak lyrically
Kanye ain’t weak lyrically (pre-2016) and that’s why fans and other rappers alike hold Kanye to such high admiration

Oh okay this makes sense. Drake stan
They don’t think clearly
His flows are smooth, his subject matter during that time was meaningful, & he's coherent.
Rapping at a faster pace doesn't make you a better rapper...

What a loser
"To me it sounds like he's a teacher trying to teach his class while rapping at the same time."

Love me some receipts
I tried getting into his first three albums (college dropout, graduation, late registration), but barely enjoyed most of the songs because his rapping seemed so slow. To me it sounds like he's a teacher trying to teach his class while rapping at the same time. Kanye has a very glacial flow as if he's trying to make every word stick. I feel like rappers like Jay, Drake, wayne, and kendrick don't really have this issue. They get to the point more quickly than Kanye does.
“As if he’s trying to make every word stick”
You just identified why this choice is effective.
Out at op not enjoying the first trilogy
usually im a tolerant guy but op jus needs to go head and ki...
nvm they gon ban me
Op literally naming rappers who dont get to the point quickly like hov and kendrick..
