To me it sounds like he's a teacher trying to teach his class while rapping at the same time. Kanye has a very glacial flow as if he's trying to make every word stick. I feel like rappers like Jay, Drake, wayne, and kendrick don't really have this issue. They get to the point more quickly than Kanye does.
