The officers were off duty and if I remember correctly, Pac only got off because the officers were either drunk or evidence was tampered with but he only got off bc of some circumstantial s*** that was the officers fault not because he had some high powered connections lol
Also he was never convicted on rape he was convicted on forcibly touching the buttocks (which is foul ofc in a regular scenario but lol at that being the charge u get him on after tryna say he was a rapist)
