2 of my friends went to military and they ended up increasing their work ethic, which they entered into real estate afterwards and became more successful. These were the same guys who were total slobs in high school too

Yes. "Clean your room" might be a meme here but what they're trying to do is getting your mind focused for the objectives today by starting the process as soon as you wake up. It's also providing structure and a small victory.

Absolutely, from what I’ve seen. Most guys I’ve seen come out ended up looking way better physically with superior work ethic. Those same guys weren’t even able to pass a class in high school, came out totally different people
