The only claim she got was not on Depp himself but someone in Depp’s team who said something publicly without Depp’s permission and it was what they believed.
The only reason Amber won that was because legally that person f***ed up by saying what they personally believed while being employed by Depp.

This is all a crock of s*** and I’ll go through it.
1. Amber has a history of bringing in doctors and therapists/psychologists that were willing to commit perjury for her. None of those same individuals were willing to commit perjury in the US and be cross examined. Instead she had to go with guys like this who claimed he judged Depp off the movies of his that he watched:

Also it’s hilarious to claim Johnny not placing blame on anyone in a therapist session with his abuser present is an admission of guilt.
2. There’s not a court in the US that would ever block a recorded admission of guilt of that level yet it never showed up in the US case. And there’s zero found comments in the recordings about her being beaten in any recording.
3. Claiming the “tell the world” story has been edited or fabricated is hilarious. Johnny’s evidence was blocked from the UK case and they gave any and all metadata to the US court while Amber fought as hard as possible to not surrender metadata and had several credible witnesses give evidence that she edited several pieces of footage. We got the full unedited evidence in the US case and the “tell your story” part was exactly what we thought it was: an abuser telling the abused no one would believe them.
4. That train part is strange to being up considering that’s based on shaky evidence of there being the same mark on their eye before the train and has no evidence of him being the abuser.
5. We’ve already gone over this part in the thread. There are plenty of abuse survivors who wish harm on their abusers. This isn’t an unusual phenomenon. It would be like saying that because I wished to beat the s*** out of my father for beating the s*** out of me for years that it makes me a less credible victim.
Not to mention the biggest part that the UK case was decided by Amber committing multiple counts of perjury that weren’t cross examined and proven to be lies in the UK like they were in the US and a corrupt judge deciding the judgment who had skin in the game (his son worked for the defendants), refused to recluse himself and then retired so he didn’t have to face consequences. The US case was decided by an unbiased jury of their peers and therefore is much more upstanding then the set up that the UK case was.
It absolutely should have been televised, the coverage had zero effect on the jury and the truth came out in the US case that was hidden in the UK case.
