Nah I would say it's easier. You just need to get a mid to high tier leader and build around it. It's way easier to get stones as a new user too.

Also not sure if anyone told you, but if you just started just re-roll for a high tier leader(keep making a new account until you get a LR or high tier SSR) do this during events and you're guarantee to get something good
