I don’t think I’ve ever heard a single good thing about Atlantic as a label. I don’t know why artists sign to them man. Maybe the upfront $ is just too good to turn down.

I totally understand why they sign. Short term it’s life changing and feels like you’ve finally made it. But some artists think they’re set and don’t play the long game successfully.

I don’t even see how a lawsuit would work tbh. I’m pretty sure in the contracts they agree a label can market and promote their music in any way they deem suitable
