Now are we gonna lie about niggas not loving Eminem from 1999-2011? Come on man lmfao

He wasn’t anywhere near as different than Tyler was. Pharrell was accepted by Hov and them early on lol NORE had them producing for him in 1998. MASE had them in 1997

They didn’t. Maybe a feature here and there but I never knew anyone to listen to Eminem all through elementary school or middle school.

Pharrell was for that time period. Niggas still let him cook because he wasn’t out here acting like a d***head like Tyler was.

Same with someone like Uzi. Bro is into s*** like anime, Steven universe, pokemon and wearing women’s clothes lol. Nobody ever shunned him in the game because he never acted like a d*** and looked down on other niggas for not being into the same stuff he was on.

people used to s*** on him for these statements more than the fact he was seen as an “alt black”. i understand why he felt a way but the way he went about it i don’t feel bad for him what did he expect being so pretentious

He wouldn’t have made them if he didn’t experience early on though. His hatred towards the blogs not co-signing him is an example of this too.

But you’re proving my point where these guys were ultimately accepted without having to fight for it.

The Eminem thing is wild cause even heavy hitters in the game loved him lol to each their own though. Niggas I know loved him back then

They were accepted and didn’t have to fight for it because they didn’t act like d***heads and look down on other black people for not being into what they were into. That’s the difference between them and Tyler. You keep ignoring this fact.

You keep ignoring the fact that Tyler wasn’t accepted early on and it kept happening even before those tweets. Before that he never publicly said things like that. By Goblin era, he wanted to work with a lot of people but they never accepted him. Goblin and then Wolf should have been where he got his flowers and he didn’t so he went about being angry (in a bad way, never cosigned what he said)

S*** I would be angry too if niggas like Trinidad James was popping before I was lmfao

So because a very small handful of rappers don’t wanna work with you you start trashing and looking down on a whole race and culture?

I feel like we’re not going to see each other’s point here so I guess we gotta agree to disagree fam

Donald getting real weird and full of himself.

This is usually where it all goes wrong

He’s too meta, usually people who really LOVE the history of what they do and then end up with critical acclaim are weird. Like Kevin Durant loving basketball and being 7 ft tall

it’s always these mixed jordan peele type niggas that can’t stfu about “muh blackness” and all this. Strikes me like they just started thinking and talking about this stuff after being oreos inside they whole lives and tryna claim it now that it’s 100% beneficial. not even hating just noticing a pattern
