I think China should take blame,but I think it could have been handled better by Trump. He also loses out for not taking the virus serious immediately and disbanding the epidemic response team that Obama's organization had put in place for times like these.

time to blame will still be when we’re through thisI think that things are looking up, I'd say vaccination will be made available for the public by September and a large portion of the states will be back to their regular lives by June, obviously optimistic. I think that this should be taken as a learning process for the entire world.
