i know thats why i said 25

by 25 its developed but years of smoking before hand, my hypothesis is it leads to panic disorders. ive probably heard it from 10 life long smokers that it flipped in their mid 20s and now they dont do it cause it gives them massive anxiety

yeah it's nothing but anxiety for me now except if I do it super occasionally, 25 for reference
