I don't care what you order that s*** is lukewarm and flat by time you get it. And you re paying triple the price to do it. It's really only worth doing on days you re so hung over you can't get off couch or too drunk or stoned at night to make the drive

If it’s a place known for takeaway then it makes sense but I’m always bewildered when I’m in a nice restaurant and I see a delivery guy come in, especially because like 50% of the reason to go there is the ambience and “experience”, so the food is worse and you’re paying more for no reason. Makes no sense

The point of DoorDash is to order from the fire restaurants that are a little further away from you; not to order and wait for McDonald’s / Chipotle / Popeyes for an hour
