Is there an application where you can download MP3 files?

Before I used to buy music from Amazon and ITunes. I could buy the songs and it would download to my phone. Now even if I buy from Amazon I have to use their app, I can't get the actual files to use on whatever platform I choose. I don't like streaming.

Kind of like how Bandcamp let's you download the files to your phone but a lot of artists are not using Bandcamp.

Do you know of other sites/apps which let you do this?
