Yeah bro Dre's hair just won't grow like this anymore so he shaves it all off, it is what it is. Even tho he doesn't look young he still looks swole which is great for his age. There is only a small % of dudes who look good past 30 years old, let alone 40. Nas always took care of his appearance but he's definitely lucked out with genetics as well.
