I’m old for sure. But they really don’t love it. Not when the only artists that can sell albums, tours, or merch sell to millennials or up.

Jul 16, 2023I think it's about how much the artist can grab the audience. Certain artists just stand out and it's more than just the music, it's their aura. The music comes first and that's what I care about but something about the artist persona has to be interesting for me to stay invested as well.
Releasing music frequently isn't an issue if the artist has everyone attention. With that said overexposure isn't good for anyone.
